WE GOT TO talk to GMA Entertainment exec Lilibeth Rasonable at the Down to Mars-Philippine Red Cross affair and she told us they’ve started production for two new dramas. One is “Mundo Mo’y Akin”, replacing “Pahiram ng Sandali”. It will reunite the hit love team of “One True Love”, Alden Richards and Louise de los Reyes. Being introduced as a Kapuso star is transferee from ABS-CBN, Lauren Young, as Louise’s rival over Alden.
The other one is “Serpentina, Ang Kakambal ni Eliana”, replacing “Paroa, Ang Kuwento ni Mariposa”. This will launch teen star Kim Komatsu in her first starring role, with Kristoffer Martin and Enzo Pineda as leading men.
Supporting Alden and Louise are Angelika de la Cruz, Gabby Eigenmann and the comebacking Sunshine Dizon who’s still trying to lose some weight after giving birth to her second child. This is directed by Andoy Ranay who also helmed “One True Love”.
Kim, Kristoffer and Enzo will be supported by Lexi Fernandez, Jean Garcia (this is her third show as she’s also hosting “Personalan” and “Para Sa’yo Ang Laban Na Ito”), Jomari Yllana and Antonio Aquitania, directed by Dick Lindayag.
