Derek Ramsay No Longer Wants To Answer Back Angelica Panganiban's Accusations Against Him

IT’S THE finale week of “Kidlat” and Derek Ramsay wants to thank the viewers who made it one of TV5’s highest rating shows so far. As he exits, Derek will introduce the character that Eula Caballero plays in “Cassandra Warrior Angel”, which will replace Derek in its time slot starting on Monday. A special docu primer on the making of “Cassandra” will be shown this Sunday evening.

Derek says “Kidlat” will always be a special part of his life and career so he’s asking TV5 to just give to him the costume he used in it even if it’s now torn and tattered.

“I’d like to display it sa bagong bahay ko in Sta. Rosa,” he says. “’Kidlat’ helped a lot para makilala ako ng kid viewers, kasi hindi naman nila napanood noon ang mature films na ginawa ko like ‘No Other Woman’ and ‘Secret Affair’. With ‘Kidlat’, kahit saan ako magpuntang probinsiya, kids recognize me.”

Derek was linked to both his leading ladies in the show, Nadine Samonte and Ritz Azul. But like what we suspected, it’s all just part of the promo. “Ayoko na ng girlfriend na taga-showbiz,” he says.

As we all know, his relationship with Angelica Panganiban ended badly and she seems to be bitter about it up to now. Derek never answered back any of Angelica’s allegations against her. “Let’s just leave it at that. Basta ako, I’ve moved on at ayokong pumatol sa babae.”
