“Magkaibigan po kami pero wala nang balikang magaganap,” he says. “Hindi man kami magkakasama sa bahay, we’re still a family so we maintain our respect for each other for the love of family. Yun lang. Mas mature na kami, we enjoy our moments together kahit may sablay kami in the past and it’s all because we value our family.”
He plays the father of Kim Rodriguez (his daughter with Jean Garcia) and Lexi Fernandez (his daughter with Sherilyn Reyes) in “Kakambal ni Eliana” that starts airing on Monday. Both are 18 years old. Isn’t he too young to play dad to them? “I’m already 36 so okay lang. In real life naman, my son Andrei is already 14, nagbibinata na rin. I’m just happy na tuloy-tuloy ang trabaho ko. After my short role as the dad of Sheena Halili in ‘Indio’, heto may regular show uli ako sa GMA and I’m thankful for that.”
