Charice Buys A News BMW To Show It's Not True That She's Now Poor

CHARICE PEMPENGCO celebrated her 21st birthday on May 10 in a pool resort in her native Laguna. She said it’s her “coming out” party, which means coming out of the closet as she has now outed her true sexuality. She said she feels “free as a bird” and her coming out is with the blessing of her Hollywood patrons, Ellen Degeneres (who has the same sexual preference as her) and Oprah Winfrey. Even Barbra Streisand reportedly told her that she doesn’t owe anyone an explanation.

She said it’s not true that she’s now “naghihirap”, adding that she can afford not to work for ten years and she’d still be financially okay. To prove this, she bought an expensive and new silver BMW car and paid it in full. She also said it’s not true her career is over as she has forthcoming shows in Germany, Japan and Indonesia. Then she goes back to Los Angeles, California for her recording commitments.

What can she say to the people who continue to bash her for her boyish looks and tattoos? “I’d like to thank them too. They made me so much stronger. I love them and I offer them peace.”
