Director Marlon Rivera Has Nothing But Praises For Gov. Vilma Santos After Working With Her In 'Ekstra'

WE SAW Director Marlon Rivera, who debuted to much acclaim in “Babae sa Septic Tank”, at the launch of the Philippine Volcanoes as Fila endorsers and he told us he played the teleserye director who berated Gov. Vi from head to foot in “Ekstra”.

“I was so intimidated noong una,” he says. “I really thought hindi ko makakaya. Siempre, Vilma Santos yan, e. After that scene, nagkasakit ako. Pero talagang sobrang napabilib niya ako.”

Direk Marlon is now also a mainstream director. He has finished directing Rufa Mae Quinto in her comeback film, “Huling Henya”, for Viva, opposite Fabio Ide. After this, he’ll start another project for Star Cinema.
