“He was very cooperative in the shoot,” she says. “Talagang kain siya ng kain ng nuggets kahit paulit-ulit ang takes. Mahirap talaga siyang pakainin but it’s good he’s really fond of chicken kaya gusto niya ng Pure Foods Funstuff nuggets.”
And why did Pure Foods choose Jodi and Thirdy. “They were our only choice for this campaign,” says product manager Jasmine Wang. “Wala na kaming ibang naisip as they perfectly embody our brand. Mas madali talagang pakanin ang mga bata with our exciting fun sizes, letters, numbers and flavours like bacon, pepperoni and cheese overload, plus power protein to nourish them.”
Thirdy wasn’t able to join the presscon as he’s on a European tour with his dad, Pampi Lacson. “Naunahan pa niya kong mag-Europe,” says Jodi who’s now in a relationship with Jolo Revilla.
Jodi is turning 31 on June 16 while Jolo turned 24 last April 9, but even if Jodi is 7 years older, she doesn’t look it. And obviously, the age difference doesn’t matter between them. Are they planning to tie the knot soon? “Not at all. There’s no need to rush,” says Jodi.
How does she feel that Jolo’s parents, Sen. Bong Revilla and Rep. Lani Mercado, are both vocal in saying they’re in favour of her? “Siempre, I’m very happy na tanggap nila ko. I’m leaving with their family for a short vacation soon.”
Iwa Moto, the new inamorata of Pampi, will soon give birth to a baby girl. Is Thirdy aware of this? “Yes. He knows magkakaroon na siya ng kapatid and okay lang sa kanya.”
Until when will her show with Sir Chief Richard Yap run? “Alam ko hanggang July pa but there are those who say baka ma-extend na naman kami uli so I don’t really know.”
