THIS WEEK, two new shows started on GMA-7: the afternoon soap “Mga Basang Sisiw” and the primetime soap “Anna Karenina”. This coming Monday, June 10, two more new shows will start, “Maghihintay Pa Rin” to replace “Bukod Kang Pinagpala” in Afternoon Prime and “My Husband’s Lover” to replace “Love & Lies” in GMA Telebabad. This is all part of GMA Network’s 63rd anniversary celebration in this month of June. “My Husband’s Lover” stars Carla Abellana as a housewife whose husband, Tom Rodriguez, turns out to be a closet gay having an affair with Dennis Trillo, directed by Dominic Zapata. “Maghihintay Pa Rin” stars Bianca King, Dion Ignacio and Rafael Rosell as a luckless OFW in Singapore, directed by Don Michael Perez.
Beginning June 15, GMA Network presents its newest child-friendly show for both adults and kids about a world where imagination becomes a wonderful part of everyday life, “One Day Isang Araw” starring four talented and precocious kids: Milkcah Nacion, Marc Justine Alvarez, Joshua Uy and Jillian Ward.
Also lined up this June is the all-original morning series, “With A Smile”, featuring Andrea Torres, Mikael Daez and Christian Bautista. Then prepare for an all-out fun Sunday afternoon for the whole family as Kapuso stars unite for the launch of “Sunday All Stars” that aims to infuse a new level of noontime TV experience to Filipino viewers.

Directed by Cesar Apolinarioand Marnie Manicad, the film stars Dingdong Dantes, and Patrick Bergin. Playing important roles are Mon Confiado, Kathleen Hermosa, Thou Reyes,Gabe Mercado, Renee Salud and Gov. Gwen Garcia.
