Shaina Magdayao Doesn't Mind If She's Not Billed Prominently In '4 Sisters & A Wedding'

IN THE MOVIE’S poster, Toni, Bea and Angel are all billed prominently. Shaina’s name come in smaller letters. Some writers feel this is an injustice since Shaina is actually more senior than any of them since she started in showbiz as a child actress. Someone told us it’s because Shaina has never really been launched solo in the movies, unlike the other three who have all proven their worth at the box office playing starring roles in films that made money.

Shaina herself doesn’t mind it. “I’m just happy to be part of this project,” she says. “Enjoy akong makatrabaho lahat ng mga nakasama ko rito. Naging maganda ang bonding namin sa set, I got to know all of them better, including Direk Cathy na dream ko talagang maidirek ako in a movie. So hindi issue ang billing for me. And I can’t complain kasi ang dami ko pang ibang projects. I’m also in the movie ‘On The Job’ with Piolo Pascual na napasali sa Cannes Filmfest at kasama rin ako sa ‘Juan de la Cruz’. Maybe, someday, bibigyan din ako ng solo movie gaya ng mga kasama ko rito.”
