KRIS AQUINO and James Yap finally got to face each other in court last Monday to fix the visitation rights case that James is requesting so he can see their son Bimby regularly. James cames first with friend Mike Gayoso, followed by his lawyer, Atty. Lorna Kapunan. Kris has a new lawyer, Atty. Siegfried Fortun. Both Kapunan and Fortun are celebrity lawyers who enjoy being interviewed on TV. Fortun said Kris can’t make it but the court required her presence with Bimby so she had no choice but to make an appearance. She came later with Bimby and her Ate Ballsy Cruz. Kris and James had a private meeting with Judge Cristina Sulit of the Makati Regional Trial Court without their lawyers for two hours. Kris said she’s happy with the results that will surely benefit her son. James also said he’s happy about it. He’ll be allowed to visit James three times a week: Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
So is this a case of all’s well that ends well. Let’s hope so...
