Star Cinema And Viva Both Deny They Have Movie Projects For Claudine Barretto

SO IT’S not true that Claudine Barretto is sure to do a movie with Star Cinema and with Viva Entertainment, like what she said when she posted her “I am back” message in social media. Star Cinema already declared that they didn’t have a project for them. Earlier, Claudine said she’ll be doing a new movie opposite Piolo Pascual for them. Someone from Star Magic said the movie of Piolo will be pairing her with Toni Gonzaga, not with Claudine. Well, we hope that this will do better than the last movies of Piolo with them that everyone knows didn’t do so well at the box office, like “Every Breath You Take” with Angelica Panganiban.

As for the project with Viva that will allegedly pair her with Derek Ramsay, someone from Viva told us that Derek’s movie with them will pair him with Heart Evangelista and Cristine Reyes, not with Claudine.

“Ang sabi ni Boss Vic sa kanya, igagawa siya ng movie, pero kailangang magpapayat muna siya,” says our source. “E, hanggang ngayon, ang taba-taba pa rin niya, so paano siya bibigyan ni Boss Vic ng project?”

Claudine turned 34 on July 20 and her estranged husband Raymart Santiago turned 40 on the same day, but they didn’t greet each other even on social media. They both greeted their son Santino who also celebrated his birthday on July 19, but they ignored each other, a sure sign of the irreparable rift between them.

Someone was wondering why Claudine finally spoke on TV when she invited press people to the birthday party of their daughter Sabina some weeks ago, refuting Raymart’s claims that he prepares the school “baon” of their kids and revealing that Raymart didn’t buy them a new van as he promised.

“Hindi naman nagsasalita si Raymart at all about their hiwalayan, iwas nga ng iwas, pero siya itong unang nagsalita,” says a Raymart defender.

Well, an informer tells us Claudine was peeved when Raymart was asked by their lawyer if he’d agree to a separation of property agreement between them and he didn’t show any hesitation at all but just quickly signed it.
