Cesar Montano Vehemently Denies Wife Sunshine Cruz' Accusations Against Him

THROUGH HIS lawyer, Cesar Montano answered the accusations of estranged wife Sunshine Cruz against him. Atty. Joel Ferrer says Cesar vehemently denies that he raped Sunshine, saying it’s even Shine who invited Cesar to have dinner at EDSA Plaza on Mother’s Day, after which Cesar stayed overnight at the house where Sunshine now resides. No force was used when they slept together.

“Walang pwersahang nangyari,” he stressed. “They did what normal married couples do.”

How about Cesar’s refusal to return their kids to her? “She can go see them anytime pero hindi naman niya ginagawa. She’s been saying in all her interviews that Cesar is a good father.” He added that the kids “choose to stay with Cesar” as they found their home in Tivoli Gardens in Quezon City “a bigger and more convenient place for them to live in.”

They have yet to receive an official copy of Sunshine’s complaints from the prosecutor’s office. He said they will answer this as soon as they get their copy.
