    Cesar Montano's Kid Say They Prefer To Be With Him Than With Their Mom Sunshine Cruz

    WONDER WHAT Sunshine Cruz felt when her three daughters age 8 to 11 told the judge handling her case with Cesar Montano that they prefer to stay with their dad. Cesar’s lawyer, Atty. Joel Ferrer, stressed that it’s “actually the children’s preference that they stay at their family residence at Tivoli Royale.” The kids say “mas naaasikaso sila” and they have a bigger place there than where Sunshine now lives on her own.

    At their last hearing at the QC Trial Court of Judge Jose Bautista, to proceedings of which lasted for more than two hours, Cesar and Sunshine agreed to have joint custody of their kids. The judge gave them a gag order so they’re no longer at liberty to talk about any details of their final agreement, including their lawyers, Attys. Joel Ferrer at Bonifacio Alentajan. After the hearing, Cesar even took their three daughters to the car of Sunshine and saw them off.
