They may threaten to sue all those who are doing this but the culprits know they cannot do anything about it. After all, Hayden also made such threats before but nothing came out of it. They also threatened then that they will bring to court who ever uploaded their video in the internet. The NBI also made overtures that they will investigate, but it was never found out who actually did it.
So now that there are similar threats that Chito’s camp will sue those who uploaded his video with Neri on the net, we all know that it will also not yield any positive results for them. Moral of the story: just don’t record your making out to make sure no video will every leak to anyone or anywhere. An ounce of prevention is always better than a pound of cure.
What’s sad is that their story has taken a bizarre turn. Someone who claims to be the son of Chito admitted in social media that he was the one who got the video from his dad’s room and uploaded it on the net. The boy, named Alfonso Yanga Miranda and about 15 or 16 (and Chito is 37 so it’s possible this can be son), posted his letters addressed to his dad on Facebook. He expressed his hatred for Chito and Neri. He seems to favor another woman named Lira and says Neri is just after his dad’s money. Wonder what Chito can say about this.
