Raymart Santiago Has Proof Claudine Barretto Is Not Mentally Fit To Have Custody Of Their Kids?

RAYMART SANTIAGO and Claudine Barretto saw each other at the Marikina Trial Court hearing of the case Raymart filed, but they didn’t talk at all and barely even looked at one another. Media people tried to talk to them after the hearing but they were not granted an interview. Raymart just said he’s happy to be able to see their kids again after such a long time.

Raymart filed a write of habeas corpus and he also wants custody of their kids, Sabina and Santino. Legal experts say that this is a difficult case as family courts usually grant custody to the mother, with visitation rights to the father. For Raymart to get custody of their kids, he will have to prove that Claudine is not emotionally and mentally fit to perform her role as a mother.

“Raymart has all the proof na ito ang katotohanan,” says someone from his camp.

In return, we heard that Claudine is also all set to file charges based on the Violence Against Women and Children law against Raymart, to prove that he’s a wife beater. Uh-oh, as we can see, this can only get uglier and uglier. We pity their kids, really.
