In one scene, Alice is shown in a skimpy red bikini. She turned 44 last July 28 but the former Bb. Pilipinas Young International has certainly preserved herself well. Even her arms are so well toned. Alice is also busy in the movies as she’s now doing “When Love Has Gone” (formerly “Nagalit ang Buwan sa Haba ng Gabi”) with Gabby Concepcion, Andi Eigenmann, Cristine Reyes and Jake Cuenca for Viva Entertainment.
As the rich Christine Almonte, she walks around in designer clothes and bags. In one scene, her assistant sees her with an expensive Hermes bag and compliments it. “Do you like it?” she says then hands the bag to her assistant. “O, it’s yours na.”
When Derek asks her why she’s offering him money, she replies: “Dahil pagod na akong magbilang ng pera kong mag-isa.” When Derek turns down her offer, she says: “Everyone has his price. I’m a no nonsense woman. I run my personal life like I run my businesses.”
The last time Alice and Derek were together was in “Undercover” where Alice was the main contravida and they had action-filled fight scenes together. We tell them we can’t get over the fact “na nag-uupakan lang sila” in “Undercover” now they’ll play illicit lovers in “For Love or Money”.
“Well, mag-uupakan din naman kami rito later,” Derek says, implying that they will have provocative love scenes. In the pilot episode, he already has a bed scene with Ritz Azul as his wife. How lucky Derek really is, being able to bed both his leading ladies in the show.
