Bea Alonzo On Walking Down The Aisle With Zanjoe Marudo In London

BEA ALONZO laughs off the rumor that she and Zanjoe Marudo tied the knot while having a two-week vacation in London during the Christmas holidays. “Ano ba yan? Tuwing may maga-abroad namang mga artistang may relasyon, ang sabi agad, nagpakasal na, di ba?” she says. “But it’s not true. We went around England and Scotlang pero wala ni proposal na naganap. Ni hindi nga namin masyadong napag-uusapan kasi we’re both not ready yet at pareho kaming marami pang gustong gawin. Talagang nag-rest lang kami roon, nag-relax. Nanood ng plays sa West End at nag-winter wonderland sa Hyde Park. Kasi pagdating dito, heto, puro trabaho na naman.”

But can she see herself marrying Zanjoe? “Siempre naman, otherwise, why will I stay in the relationship kundi ako umaasang siya na nga? I’m really hoping na sana nga, siya na, he’s the one, pero hindi pa ngayon. We both respect and trust each other, but we’ll have to wait muna.”

Bea really can’t ask for anything more as she is surely doing well both in her love and career. She has two big movie hits last year, “Four Sisters & a Wedding” and “She’s the One”. Now, she topbills ABS-CBN’s new soap, “Sana Bukas Pa ang Kahapon”, where she plays three varied roles no less.

“With Dreamscape of Tito Deo Endrinal producing this project and with co-starring with some of the best actors in the industry, I have no doubt magugustuhan talaga ng viewers itong bagong show namin,” she adds.
