Denise Laurel & Fiance, Jericho Rosales & Fiancee: When Is The Wedding?

ONE OF THE CELEBS who announced their engagement last year was Denise Laurel, star of ABS-CBN’s “Anna Liza”. She said she’s officially engaged to her non-showbiz BF named Solomon Mercado, who loves her very much and her love son, Alejandro, now 2 years old. Denise never revealed who the boy’s father was but just said that they’ve already called it quits and the guy now lives abroad.

We’re really happy for Denise, who’s not only a good actress but also a good singer. She really deserves a second chance at love. And she’s happy that her son really looks up to Solomon like he’s the boy’s real dad. Denise announced her engagement with her fiancé in October yet. It’s already 2014. Wonder when their wedding will take place.

The same goes for Jericho Rosales, who also showed to the world the video of him formally proposing to TV host Kim Jones in public right in their church. He said then their beach wedding will be in January. And it’s January now yet nothing is happening. But this is quite understandable since Jericho is so busy with work.


He’s taping “The Legal Wife” with Angel Locsin and Maja Salvador and also shooting the movie “ANKKBSNPLAko” for Viva opposite Andi Eigenmann and Meg Imperial which will have a February playdate. As such, he might not have the time to attend to the details of a wedding preparation.

Last we heard, though, Kim Jones will just have to wait until May. It’s said Jericho wants their Christian wedding to take place in Boracay in the midst of summer.
