TJ Trinidad On The Accusation Of Maritoni Fernandez That He's Bullying Her Daughter Lexi

TJ TRINIDAD no longer wants to talk about what happened to him and Lexi Fernandez when they were both guests contestants in “Celebrity Bluff” along with Camille Prats (his leading lady in “The Borrowed Wife”), Kristoffer Martin and Kim Rodriguez (who’re promoting “Paraiso Ko’y Ikaw”. The story goes that the attention of the show’s staff was called because Lexi was receiving instructions from her mom Maritoni Fernandez and TJ complained that it’s a form of cheating.

This was reported as a blind item by various columnists but the names of the stars involved were never mentioned, until Maritoni denounced TJ in social media for allegedly bullying her daughter in a game show. At the presscon of “Borrowed Wife”, TJ refused to make any comment. “Huwag na nating palakihin yan,” he said. “Let’s forget it.”

But Camille defended him and said it’s not true he bullied Lexi. She added she was the one who noticed Lexi being secretly coached by her mom and told TJ about it. They can’t understand why Maritoni and Lexi had to write about it in social media when everyone is keeping quiet about what happened. TJ doesn’t do FB, Twitter or Instagram so he doesn’t know what mother and daughter have written about it. And he doesn’t care to know.

But for TJ’s information, here’s what Maritoni wrote: “Ang tanda mo na nambu-bully ka pa ng mga bata! Learn to be a good sport! Nakakahiya ka!” And here’s what Lexi wrote: “When someone says something false about you, you stand up for yourself no matter what. Don’t let them manipulate you or the people around you to think that they can get away with giving out the wrong information. Either be right or just keep quiet. Treat others the way you would want to be treated. Give respect, get respect.”

And here’s what TJ says: “I understand where they’re coming from but we can all sit down and talk about it. Nothing would be resolved through social media.”
