VIVA LIVE AND Viva Concerts have prepared some exciting shows for love bird who want to go out on date this coming Valentine season. First is the concert of the ultimate singing heartthrob and balladeer of the past 50 years, Jack Jones, who’s best known for classics like “What I Did for Love”, “She”, “Lollipops and Roses”, “Impossible Dream” and many more. His “Jack Jones in a Valentine Concert” will be held at the Araneta Coliseum on Thursday, February 13, and at the Manila Hotel Tent on Friday, February 14. Proceeds will benefit typhoon Yolanda victims. Jack rose to fame in the 60s not only for his hit songs but also for being attractive and, unlike a lot of music idols that time, always well groomed. He has done several hit TV specials and hosted the show “Hullaballoo”. He has done movies before and, in the currently Oscar-nominated film, “American Hustle” starring Christian Bale, he will be seen playing a night club singer. Tickets for his concerts are available at Ticketnet 911-5555 and Viva Concerts 687-7236, ranging from P1,000 to P5,000.
