Joross Gamboa Ready To Marry Non-Showbiz GF In November

JOROSS GAMBOA used to be a fixture in the movies of Director Cathy Molina, usually playing the best friend of John Lloyd Cruz. He’s now glad that Director Olive Lamasan also got him to be the best friend of Piolo Pascual in “Starting Over Again”. He said he’s very happy that Piolo is now finally paired with Toni Gonzaga. “Noon ko pa sinasabing bagay sila kasi pareho silang model type na pangahan,” he quips.

Joross is one of the few actors who can cross over from ABS-CBN (where he’s now doing ‘Home Sweetie Home’ with John Lloyd and Toni) to TV5 (where he’s now doing “Beki Boxer” with Alwyn Uytingco.) On his own, he won the Cinemalaya best supporting actor award doing the indie film “Intoy Syokoy”.

Joross is one of the stars who is getting married this year. He’s all set to marry his model girlfriend of five years, Katz Saga, in November. They both attend the Alabang New Life Christian Church. “Dapat matuloy na ito, bago pa siya matauhan,” he says.

Later on, he wants to study filmmaking and go into directing. “Masarap maging actor pero parang mas fulfilling maging director,” he adds.
