On the big screen, he was introduced in the horror hit, “Pagpag”, where he had a nude scene when the ghost killed him while he’s taking a shower. He now plays one of the male leads and is being built up as a hunky male sex symbol in the sexyserye “Moon of Desire” that starts airing on Monday.
“I play Vince, isang photographer na magkakagusto sa bidang si Meg Imperial as Ayla,” he says. “Kung ang ibang lalaki, nilalayuan siya dahil puro buhok ang mukha at katawan niya, ako naman, attracted sa kanya. May fetish kasi ako sa mga babaeng balbon. Kaya lang, si JC De Vera naman ang mas gusto niya.”
He says he was at first hesitant to accept the role of Vince as it’s quite daring. “I felt hindi ako ready physically. Mas gusto ko, maganda ang katawan ko. Pero binigyan nila ako ng tatlong buwan para maghanda before taping started. So talagang nag-gym ako araw-araw to make sure may ipapakita naman ako sa sexyseryeng ito.”
He already shot a love scene with Meg in a playground. “We trusted Direk FM Reyes kasi inalagaan niya talaga ang eksena. Tasteful naman lumabas. Marami siyang naituro sa akin for me to learn more about my craft as an actor.”
