All Casino Filipino shows offer free admission to guests on a first-come, first-served basis to start on March 5, 2014 with celebrity guests including Viva Hot babe Jennifer Lee (CF Hyatt), Ethel Booba (Amigo Terrace Hotel, Iloilo), balladeer Chad Borja (CF Parañaque), and world-class theater performers Jenine Desiderio (CF Parañaque), Robert Seña (CF Pavilion) and Isay Alvarez (CF Angeles).
Isay says it is an honor to be invited as a performer in Casino Filipino. “When we went home after Saigon, we knew then that we belong here in the Philippines. It was a great experience living and working abroad but it’s time to share our craft here. My husband Robert and I aim to promote original Filipino work producing and starring in musicals like our play ‘Rak of Aegis’ now showing in PETA Theatre. We hope Casino Filipino will also venture with us in this soon. We can also stage a long running show where foreigners can see the great talents of the Filipinos and get a glimpse of our people and culture.”
The second salvo of Casino Filipino’s ‘March to Summer’ will be held on March 7, 2014. Among the celebrity performers are Janine Desiderio (CF Cebu), Isay Alvarez (CF Davao), Carlos Agassi (Lancaster, Mandaluyong City), comedian Petite (Ronquillo, Manila) and Robert Seña (CF Tagaytay). Casino Filipino will also feature mainstream and seasoned local bands this March. Ney will be in CF-Hyatt on March 6. Jimmy Bondoc will be in Binondo Satellite on March 7 and Ronquillo Arcade on March 15, the Imago band at CF-Pavilion on March 8; Moonstar 88 at CF-Olongapo on March 12; R&B singer Luke Mejares at 365 Plaza Satellite, Ilocos Norte on March 14, 2014. Callalily will rock CF-Tagaytay on March 15 while singer Aicelle Santos will be in Lancaster in Mandaluyong City on March 21, Kris Lawrence at CF-Bacolod on March 22 and Madison Arcade in Mandaluyong City on March 28, 2014. Casino Filipino will also hold its monthly Game Shows in CF-Parañaque on March 8, 2014. Special guests are comedian Ate Shawie and Friends.
