Before he started singing, he told the audience: “Kung meron po kayong sobra, baka pwede naman ninyong i-share para sa mga batang nangangailangan ng tulong.”
He then got some money from his own pocket and put them on a basket. When he started singing, many members of the audience also contributed money into the basket. The band later on posted their photo with Aljur on Instagram and thanked him for joining them in their advocacy. They said: “It was very moving. Thanks Aljur for your sharing your talent with us and your blessings to Kids with cancer. Thank you for believing in our advocacy.”
Meantime, Aljur remains quiet about his own personal issues like his GF Kylie Padilla breaking up with him because he’s now being linked to “Kambal Sirena” leading lady Louise de los Reyes whose own BF Enzo Pineda also broke up with her. Soon, aside from “Kambal Sirena”, Aljur will be busy shooting a big screen project, a movie where he will share topbilling with Alden Richards in a story about warring brothers ala-Abel and Cain.
