AFTER THE very showbiz proposal Bianca Gonzalez got from fiancé JC Intal at the airport, they’re now all set to tie the knot this coming December. “We’ve been together since 2011, so three years na rin,” says Bianca at the presscon of “PBB All In”. “Nagulat din ako nang sabihin niya sa akin na this year ang gusto niyang pakasal. But, why not? E, hindi na rin naman ako bumabata. I’m already 31. Patanda na lang ako nang patanda! So go! Sana, November ang original wedding date namin but people told me mai-stress lang ako kasi that’s too near and magiging very short lang ang planning time, so ginawa naming December. We now have eight months to prepare.”
How did she like JC’s theatrical proposal? “It was so unreal, sabi nga nila, parang movie. I really cried sa tuwa. Ang maganda, he informed my family beforehand kaya mas una na nilang nalaman. Before this, ang dami kong heartaches. I’ve always prayed for a good man and this makes it all worth it.”
For their honeymoon, they plan to go to either South Africa or South America. “Kasi malayo, mahirap puntahan, mahal. So might as well gawin na namin. Talagang kailangang pag-ipunan namin, kasi nga it’s expensive.”
Will she go on working after marriage? “Of course. I’ll miss my work pag hindi ako nagtrabaho. I super want to go on working, do hosting and write on the side. And si JC naman is very supportive.”
What can she say about the rumor that JC’s ex, Carla Abellana, broke up with Geoff Eigenmann to reconcile with him? “I don’t think so. She’s such a decent girl. I personally have not met her but from what I know, I don’t think naman na capable siyang gawin ang something like that. Ano ‘to? Pang-teleserye!”
With her in “PBB All In” are Toni and Alex Gonzaga, John Prats and Robi Domingo. It’ll start airing tonight, replacing “The Biggest Loser”. Doesn’t she somehow miss Mariel Rodriguez who used to be with them? “Of course, we do. Ako, I’m very open sa possibility na makabalik siya. But decision ng management yun, e. Pero kahit anupang mangyari, Mariel will always be part of PBB. No one can ever take her place. She’ll always be family. Bale two seasons na nga siyang wala before this.”
