Said a friend of Tates, who’s well liked by entertainment writers as she’s very friendly with them: “Talagang dedma lang siya at hindi niya sineryoso.”
And it’s true. The issue quickly fizzled out especially now that Kris is linking herself to Derek Ramsay, who quickly denied it. “Para ngang nandiri at narimarim si Derek na nag-deny agad,” said a writer. “Talagang ubos-diin niyang itinatwa ang balitang may relasyon sila ni Kris at ni-reveal na isang non-showbiz girl ang dine-date niya ngayon.”
Tates and Mayor Herbert have two kids, Athena and Harvey, who are now both trying acting in showbiz. Athena is in the Joel Lamangan movie, “Sitio Camcam”, while Harvey is the kiddie gag show, “Goin’ Bulilit”. Tates and Herbert were just seen together at the graduation of Athena.
