How come they’re being linked? “Siguro dahil very open siya in admitting his admiration for me. Si Vice Ganda ang dahilan kaya kami nagkakilala, pero matagal na nga kaming hindi nagkikita, e.”
Cristine is the new face of Ever Bilena Advance. How does she feel about it? “I’m excited to endorse them kasi sa work ko, I really use make up everyday and now, I have a regular supply of Ever Bilena make up from them na ginagamit ko talaga, especially their lipsticks like Storm and Offbeat. Matagal ko na silang ginagamit kasi nga pinadadalhan ako ng products nila, kahon-kahon.”
And why did Ever Bilena Cosmetics got Cristine as endorser? “We’re really looking for a new endorser and we found out she’s not endorsing any beauty product so we got in touch with her right away,” says Ever Bilena big boss Dioceldo Sy. “It took us only about a week to negotiate with her. Her grace and charm radiate on and off camera. She’s the embodiment of true beauty so she’ll be an effective brand endorser for us, especially for our Advance Two Way Cake that comes in 3 shades: White Beige, Golden Beige and Oriental na bagay for Filipina skin.”
We ask Cristine how come she has no new soap after “Honesto”. “I purposely didn’t accept a new one kasi lagari ako sa shooting ng two new movies, ‘My Trophy Wife’ with Derek Ramsay and John Estrada, and ‘The Gifted’ with Sam Milby and Anne Curtis. Natatagalan ang shooting kasi ang hirap i-schedule ng mga artista in both movies nang sama-sama.”
How does she feel that her Ate Ara Mina is now pregnant, courtesy of Bulacan mayor Patrick Meneses? “I’m sobrang happy for her. Alam ko gusto na niya talaga magka-baby, lalo na after her miscarriage last year. Blessing ang baby, e. I know she’ll be a very good mother. Hinihintay ko na rin kasi attached talaga ako sa mga pamangkin ko.”
