Martin Del Rosario has moved to GMA-7 and is immediately cast in the hit drama “Rhodora X”

MARTIN DEL ROSARIO started with ABS-CBN Star Magic and he did many memorable episodes in “Maalaala Mo Kaya” for them. He also did soaps like “Rosalka”, “Katorse”, “Juanita Banana” for them. On the big screen, his most memorable projects are the horror flicks “The Healing” as Vilma Santos’ son and “Amorosa” as Enrique Gil’s brother. For the indie horror film “Dagim”, he won two new best actor awards. But now, he has moved to GMA-7 and is immediately cast in the hit drama “Rhodora X”.

“Kinausap ko nang maayos ang mga taga-ABS at nagpa-release ako sa contract ko with them and I told them I’m doing this for career advancement,” he says. “Six years na ako with them. 16 lang ako when I joined them, 22 na ako ngayon. Thankful naman ako sa good breaks they gave me. Pero sobrang dami ng artista sa ABS, kaya bago ka mabigyan uli ng project, matetengga ka muna. I have not signed yet any contract with GMA. Bale first step pa lang with them ang ‘Rhodora X’. Akong bagong addition sa cast as a mysterious man na tutulungan si Yasmien Kurdi nang makatakas siya mula sa container na pinagkulungan sa kanya ni Jennylyn Mercado. Parang nawala siya sa sarili at makikita ko siyang magtatangkang tumalon mula sa bubong ng isang mataas na building at ise-save ko siya.”
