Lauren Young Goes Daring & Sexy With Richard Gutierrez In Action-Thriller 'Overtime'

LAUREN YOUNG is honored to be Richard Gutierrez’ leading lady in the action suspense thriller, “Overtime”, directed by Earl Ignacio and Wincy Ong. She plays Jody Amistoso, the executive assistant in a pharmaceutical company who is sent by Richard on a dangerous mission.

So how is it working with Richard? “He’s very supportive,” she says. “He knows first time ko to do kissing scenes and love scenes kaya tense and uneasy ako. But he made me feel relaxed and comfortable kaya nakunan ng maayos ang mga eksena namin. In one scene, naka-bra lang ako, kita ang cleavage ko. First time ko gumawa ng ganoong daring scene kasi sa TV laging wholesome ang roles ko.”

How did she feel when it was revealed that Chard is now a dad and he and Sarah Lahbati have Baby Zion? “I’m very happy for them kasi blessing naman talaga ang pagdating ng baby sa buhay nila. He’s so cute, di ba?”

What’s the latest news about her sister Megan Young? “As the current Miss World, she’s chosen as the host of the Mr. World pageant last Sunday night kung saan our representative is John Spainhour. She’s been travelling all over the globe during her term at enjoy na enjoy naman siya.”

How about her? Does she have a new boyfriend after her constant date, Elmo Magalona, is now linked with Janine Gutierrez? “May nanligaw sa’king athlete, volleyball player, but he has to go to the province to study at wala na kaming communication ngayon. Ayoko naman ng long distance relationship.”
