Lovi Poe On What She Will Do If Her Hubby Has Two Wives Like In 'Ang Dalawang Mrs. Real'

LOVI POE is happy over the good feedback her performance as Shiela, Dingdong Dantes’ second wife in “Ang Dalawang Mrs. Real”, is getting. “I’ve read the comments about our new show in print and social media at nakakatuwa dahil they’re generally positive,” she says. “And I’m really glad na may nag-rave na hindi raw ako nagpapahuli sa husay ng acting ng mga kasama ko at very fresh ang dating ko on screen. Abangan nyo kasi mas magiging maganda ang development sa role ko as Shiela. I start as someone with a very strong personality, unlike sa last soap kong ‘Akin Pa Rin ang Bukas’ na weak ako kaya inaapi-api. Dito sa ‘Dalawang Mrs. Real’, Shiela will start as strong, but when she finds out na her husband has two families, one in Manila and one in Cebu, she gets so heartbroken na titiklop siya. She’ll be on the crossroads kung ipaglalaban niya ang karapatan niya or she’ll just let go. Pero malayo pa yun, kasi sa ngayon, nagkakilala pa lang kami ni Dingdong as Anthony Real. Actually, nag-iiwasan kami after we met each other in Manila, but pilit kaming pinagtatagpo uli ng tadhana nang ma-assign siya to do some work in Cebu. Parang binubuyo talaga kami sa isa’t isa hanggang sa we really fall for each other.”

What would she do in case something like that happens to her in real life? “It won’t happen to me kasi paiimbestigahan ko munang mabuti yung lalaki before I commit to him. It’s better to be safe than sorry.”

So she’d make sure someone investigates Rocco Nacino before she commits to him? Lovi laughs. “I’ve met his family at mukha namang I have nothing to be afraid of.”
