Among Doc Ferds’ patients is a carabao that suffered an injury after being hit by a broken piece of roofing at the height of the typhoon.In Mindanao, Doc Nielsen Donato and his team conduct a medical mission to help rescue centers that are in need of vets. Among Doc Nielsen’s wild patients is a rescued Varanus cumingi, a reptile endemic to the Philippines. While being treated for wounds, the cumingi suddenly goes after Doc Nielsen’s boot!
