HARD-HITTING VETS Doc Ferds Recio and Doc Nielsen Donato are back in the field for all-new vet missions in "Born to Be Wild" this Sunday morning on GMA7.
After Typhoon Glenda left many devastated, Doc Ferds Recio and his team visit Laguna to help communities and their animals. Among Doc Ferds’ patients is a carabao that suffered an injury after being hit by a broken piece of roofing at the height of the typhoon.In Mindanao, Doc Nielsen Donato and his team conduct a medical mission to help rescue centers that are in need of vets. Among Doc Nielsen’s wild patients is a rescued Varanus cumingi, a reptile endemic to the Philippines. While being treated for wounds, the cumingi suddenly goes after Doc Nielsen’s boot!
