It's All About Food In Jessica Soho's Special Episode In Her GMA-7 Show Tonight, 'Isla Kulinarya'

JESSICA SOHO will make you experience an evening of gastronomic delight this Sunday as her multi-awarded news magazine program "Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho" unveils some of the most well-known Pinoy dishes in the special all about food documentary, "Isla Kulinarya". Just recently, two Pinoy favorites gained international recognition: sisig as New York Times’ ‘greatest pork dish on earth’ and chori burger as ‘best burger’ in the Battle of the Burger held in New York. And a couple of years ago, lechon baboy was declared by Anthony Bourdain in Time Magazine as “the best pork ever.”

With these recognitions, the public yearns to find out which among the local cuisines should be known worldwide as the ultimate Pinoy dish? Rediscover the taste and the history of some of the country’s notable food in this special food documentary of KMJS. Join program host Jessica Soho as she visits Pampanga to learn how to cook the original sisig.
