LORNA TOLENTINO had a freak accident a few days ago in Greenhills. She was on her way to Flawless, which she endorses, when she slipped and fell on her back which is already suffering from scoliosis. She experienced so much pain and couldn’t get up anymore so the security personnel got her a wheelchair and brought her to Cardinal Santos Medical Center, where it was diagnosed that she has a hairline fracture on her bone going to the spine, which is causing the pain.
She doesn’t have to be operated on, but she will have to wear a corrective brace for three months. Her manager, Lolit Solis, tells us she might go back taping with her brace on for GMA-7’s hit soap, “My Destiny”, where she plays the mom of Carla Abellana and Rhian Ramos, with Al Tantay as her husband who's just been arrested by cops in the story for estafa.
