JENNYLYN’S ex, DENNIS TRILLO, is even busier as his career is really on a roll with two new projects each on TV and the movies. On TV, he plays a young and dedicated physician in the GMA-7 Sunday night socially relevant medical series, “Sa Puso ni Dok”, opposite Bela Padilla. It starts airing tonight after “Kapuso Mo Jessica Soho” and tackles important and valid health issues confronting our country. He has also started taping the primetime soap, “Hiram na Alaala”, where he and Rocco Nacino play PMA soldiers who are rivals over the attention of Kris Bernal. Lauren Young also stars in this new soap. Won’t he be liked to either Kris or Lauren?
“They’re too young for me,” he quips.
In the movies, he is shooting simultaneously for Regal Entertainment the Metro-Manila filmfest entry, “Shake Rattle & Roll 15”, where he appears with Carla Abellana in the episode entitled “Ulam” and “Now and Forever”, a sexy drama with Maja Salvador. We’re sure APT Entertainment also will soon release in commercial theaters the award-winning Cinemalaya action-drama, “The Janitor”, where Dennis plays the title role.
