CARL GUEVARRA, whose managed by Perry Lansigan, has left GMA and moved to TV5. This started when he did the TV movie, “More than Words”, with Sarah Lahbati. He’s now a mainstay in “Trenderas” as the guy who comes between best friends Isabelle de Leon and Lara Maigue.
Recently, Carl’s picture was put on a website that offers escort services and alleged that he’s available for P10,000 per hour. “It’s very insulting so we’re trying to find out who did that,” he says. “May other actor friends akong napasama rin sa list at lahat kami, napipikon kasi nagsisikap kaming maging malinis sa aming trabaho, tapos gagawaan ka ng ganung issue.”
He feels lucky that aside from “Trenderas”, which airs Saturdays at 9 PM, he is also paired with TV5 princess, Eula Caballero, in another show, “Almost a Cinderella”. Carl admits he and Kris Bernal officially broke up about a month ago after two years of being together. “Mutual ang break up namin, pero sa text lang, and we haven’t seen each other since then. Pero di ba sabi niya, hindi naman daw naging kami, so bakit kami magbi-break?”
And Carl was right, at the presscon of “Hiram na Alaala”, Kris denied they were on for two years.
