IT’S THE START of the –ber months and as we all know, Christmas comes early in our country. Yuletide is in the air as September comes and Casino Filipino embraces this tradition by preparing early Christmas surprises for its patrons with “Ber Na, Game Na!” for the whole month of September. Entertainment and Bingo VP says every month is a celebration at Casino Filipino but they have something special for the Christmas season. “September is definitely worth waiting for. The simultaneous nationwide launch of “Ber Na, Game Na!” is set tonight, September 3 with Renz Verano (CF Angeles); Eva Eugenio (CF Bacolod); DJ Durano (CF Hyatt) and Lolita Carbon (Ronquillo Satellite). On September 5, Pinky Marquez performs in CF Davao; Eva Eugenio in Madison Satellite; Kenyo Band in Malabon Satellite; actress Carmi Martin in CF Pavilion; and Jun Polistico in CF Tagaytay.
“Expect songs from musicals, popular Filipino love songs and classics not normally performed by other artists in Casino Filipino,” said world renowned Filipino artist Pinky Marquez, a regular in Casino Filipino for the past ten years, who began performing at the CF Pavilion’s Alegria Lounge. From then on, she has been staging concerts and hosting bingo games in the different casino venues.
Meanwhile, singer-songwriter Top Suzara (Freestyle’s ex-lead singer) and RnB sensation Thor also laud PAGCOR’s continued support to Filipino artists. Suzara says: “I feel blessed that I am performing at the different branches of PAGCOR around the country. I am proud that I am their partner in giving back to the country and to our people. For me, music can be a blessing to many.”
Suzara will be in CF Cebu on September 11 and Ronquillo Satellite on September 23. Thor, on the other hand, will perform at the Madison Satellite on September 19 and CF Hyatt on September 20.
