Derek Ramsay's Expected Amicable Settlement With Ex-Wife Didn't Happen And Only Turns Ugly

THE EXPECTED AMICABLE settlement between Derek Ramsay and ex-wife Mary Christine Jolly didn’t materialize. Jolly continued to file her reply affidavit then Derek submitted his own rejoinder. From what we gathered, Derek has put up a trust fund of P20 million for the benefit of his son, Austin, and only the boy can use it, but it seems Jolly wants the money to be given to her.

"The trust fund has already been put aside, actually,” Derek says. “That's what I wanted—a trust fund for my son to touch when he's at the right age. And anything to help fast-track me to be a father. It's just so hard that hindi ako binibigyan ng opportunity to be a father when Mary is saying that yun naman ang gusto niya, e. Sa umpisa, yun ang gusto niya, she said yun ang gusto niya, ma-involve ako sa buhay ng anak ko. Since 2011, I’ve been trying so hard to do that but I’m not really given a chance.”

Derek’s rejoinder will be a declaration of war as he shows evidence that Jolly has had many men in her life, contrary to her allegations that she didn’t have any relations with any other man after Derek. These include fotos with her kissing and being cozy with other guys, so it’s going to be really ugly. They will meet again in court on October 13 when Jolly submits her own reply to Derek’s rejoinder.

Meanwhile, Derek remains busy with the coming start of “Amazing Race Philippines, Season 2” that he is hosting on TV5 starting October 6.
