Jonalyn Viray Won't Talk About Feud With La Diva Colleagues & Just Focuses On 'Fearless' Concert Repeat

JONALYN VIRAY is tagged by her fans as the Soul Princess and Fearless Diva. Her solo concert at the Music Museum last February, aptly titled “Fearless”, was a big hit, so it’s understandable that it will now stage a repeat on November 14, 8 PM, still at the Music Museum, with Typhoon Yolanda victims as beneficiaries. So will there be a difference between the repeat and the original concerts?

“I think the audience will seen an even bolder version of me in the repeat,” says Jonalyn. “Mas malakas na ang loob ko after I saw how much the audience appreciated me. I will have no more inhibitions at isinapuso ko na ang lahat ng mga natutunan ko from my first concert. Dito ko rin maipapakita how much I value my audience. There’s gonna be a song na bawat manonood, makaka-relate. I will make sure everyone will be pleased.”

Jonalyn was part of La Diva for a while. But it has since disbanded and the rumor is that she’s feuding with Maricris Garcia and Aicelle Santos. She no longer wants to dwell on this. Instead, she says she’s happy she returned to having a solo career as this is what spawned her first “Fearless” concert.

Her special guests in “Fearless: The Repeat” are Tom Rodriguez, Thor, and Queen of Soul Jaya. Jonalyn has really come a long way since she won in the very first “Pinoy Pop Superstar”. She has a string of hits, like the theme from “My Husband’s Lover”, “Help Me Get Over”, that won as Song of the Year in the recent PMPC Star Awards for Music.
