Solenn Heussaff Doesn't Want To Be Involved At All With Derek Ramsay's Messy Relationship With Ex-Wife

SOLENN HEUSSAFF is enjoying her role in GMA-7’s bayaniserye that starts airing tonight, “Ilustrado”, as Nellie Bousted, Jose Rizal’s landlady and girlfriend when he was in Paris. “When I was told I’d be playing her, nag-research ako agad,” she says. “Most people think she’s French but she’s actually British, just living in Paris. I like the role and I like the costumes I’m wearing in it. Pati yung locations namin, parang Europe talaga. I also enjoyed working with Alden Richards as Jose Rizal. Bumilib ako sa kanya dahil sobrang galing niyang artista.”

She has also just finished the movie “T’yanak”, an entry in the Sineng Pambansa Horror Filmfest. “It’s my second movie with Direk Peque Gallaga after ‘Seduction’. Enjoy ako with him kasi napapaiyak niya ako. Usually, hirap ako umiyak, but with him, ang galing niya mag-motivate.”

One of Derek Ramsay’s exes, Angelica Panganiban, was dragged by his ex-wife Christine Jolly in the case she filed against him. Isn’t she scared that the same thing might happen to her? “No. I don’t think she’d do that. I was only 17 years old when I met Derek and I didn’t know he’s married. I met her by chance in Greenbelt some years ago but I didn’t know she’s Derek’s wife. Ngayon ko na lang nalaman dahil sa mga balita. Wala naman akong kasalanan sa kanya so I’m not bothered. Off and on yung sa’min ni Derek kasi I was then studying in Paris. I’m happy now with my own lovelife. Matagal na kong naka-move on. Whatever the issue is, it’s just between them. Huwag na lang akong isali. Sana i-settle na lang nila nang maayos for the sake of their son.”
