MARVIN AGUSTIN says it’s ABS-CBN exec Linggit Tan who called him up for “Flor de Liza”. Tapos she said, ‘Anak, kailangan kasi nating mag-usap.’ We met nga the next day and I fell in love with the story. Tapos si Jolina pa ang makakasama ko. Now, it feels so good that bago pa man magsimula ang 'Flor de Liza,' ang dami ng good feedback at nag-aabang sa aming reunion project. It’s heartwarming to know that they miss the chemistry that Jolina and I have as a love team.”
Isn't he envious of Jolens who's now happily married to Mark Escueta?
Direk Wenn Deramas says “Flor de Liza” will be a heartwarming family drama series that demonstrates the important role of the family in molding the hearts and minds of children. The story revolves around the connected lives of two young girls, Flor (to be played by Ashley Sarmiento) and Liza (to be played by Rhed Bustamante), and their mothers, Jolina and Desiree del Valle.
As for Marvin, he’s very happy with the great feedback he’s getting for his wacky portrayal of one of the dumb heroes of “Moron 5.2, The Transformation”.
