“It’s better that way,” she says. “He’s a private citizen and not a showbiz personality, so let’s just keep it private. Before, I was very open about my previous relationship and when it ended, I got so hurt. Now that I have moved on, I want my new relationship to be private and more discreet, so I hope you’ll understand.”
And what can she say now that Billy Crawford is very open in his relationship with Coleen Garcia? “I don’t I’m in a position to say anything about them. We’ve all moved on. So tama na yun.”
Her career is doing well. After the primetime soap “Hawak Kamay” with Piolo Pascual, she now gets the chance to be paired with top comedian Vic Sotto no less in the “Prinsesa” episode of the trilogy, “My Big Bossing’s Adventures”. “Nagulat ako when they told me na makakasama ko si Bossing Vic in a movie, and a Metro-Manila Filmfest entry at that. First time kong makasali sa filmfest so I’m excited. I’m really happy and thankful na kinuha ako ni Bossing Vic dito. At maganda ang role ko. Isa akong reyna. Nakasama ko rin for the first time ang child wonder na si Ryzza Mae Dizon. At least, mga Kapuso sila, nakasama kong isang Kapamilya. Also appearing with us are Zoren Legaspi, Maricar de Mesa, Ruby Rodriguez, Sef Cadayona, Rafa Siguion-Reyna, Niño Muhlach and his son Alonzo.”
So how is it working with all of them? “Ay, masaya. Enjoy kami sa set. Tawa lang kami nang tawa sa mga eksena. Happy ang lahat and I think makikita ito ng viewers when they watch the movie. But si Bossing Vic, kapag serious na ang mga eksena namin, you can feel na may pagka-dramatic actor din siya at okay lang gumawa nang malalalim at mabibigat na eksena. It’s really a big blessing na napasama ako sa movie na ito at excited na akong sumakay sa float namin come the annual Parade of Stars to herald in the Metro Filmfest. Magiging masaya talaga ang Pasko ko.”
