FORMER BB. PILIPINAS Joyce Ann Burton wants to thank GMA-7 for giving her the chance to act in a soap in “Ang Lihim ni Annasandra” where she plays the role of Hazel, the affluent mother of Mikael Daez as William. Joyce is bidding the show goodbye as her character is dying in the series. It’s Pancho Magno as Enrico who gets to kill her. Actually, wants to kill Mikael because he wants to keep Andrea Torres as Annasandra for himself. So he turns into the animal called awok and goes to the home of Mikael to attack him but Joyce gets in the way so she’s the one killed by the awok. Before she dies, she asks Mikael’s forgiveness and tells him to just follow his heart in loving Andrea and dump Cris VIllonco as Lorraine.
The security guards come and shoot Pancho but he is able to get away. He gets home to Andrea and Rochelle Pangilinan as Esmeralda. With Rochelle’s healing powers, he is cured of his wounds. He and Rochelle join forces to make sure that Andrea and Mikael will never get to reconcile with each other. But Andrea manages to escape from them and is reunited with her missing parents, Emilio Garcia and Glydel Mercado, who she thought all along were already dead.
