Aside from Fiona, they have an adopted baby boy. “Four years na kaming married ni Jimmy but we still have no baby so nag-adopt kami ng baby boy, Maximus, who’s one and a half years old na when we got him in April last year. Two days after we got him, I found out I was pregnant, so dalawa agad ang babies namin.”
Jimmy has just retired as a cager now that he’s 37 and is now team manager of Talk n Text. They met through Rufa Mae Quinto, who was then on with Rudy Hatfield, a good friend of Jimmy. “Sila hindi nagkatuluyan, pero kami ni Jimmy, nakasal. Four years din kaming on, then nag-break kami. After one year, nagkabalikan kami and soon, after that nag-propose na siya ng marriage. We had our wedding sa States kasi most of his family are based there.”
LJ has her own business, a cake shop called Lollicake Factory. “Nag-franchise na kami sa Pampanga, sa Batangas and Laguna, also sa malls. Suwerte nga baby namin kasi lumago ang negosyo ko at heto, lucky charm kasi kapapanganak ko pa lang, nakuha agad ako ng TV5 to host ‘Happy Wife, Happy Life’ that starts airing tomorrow, Monday at 10:30 AM. Marami na kaming na-tape na episodes ng co-hosts kong sina Danica Sotto, RR Enriquez at Jeck Maierhofer kaya abangan sana ng mga wives and mommies kasi marami silang matututuhan.”
