Bea Binene Joins 'Yagit', Moving On After Breakup With Jake Vargas

BEA BINENE has been added to the cast of the hit afternoon soap, “Yagit”. She will play the role of Jam and will be an ally of Chlaui Malayao as Elisa. Together with Kiko Estrada as Pipo, they will help Chlaui get back to her family. Bea is also a mainstay in “Vampire ang Daddy Ko” and is seen in “Pepito Manaloto” in a recurring role opposite ex-BF Jake Vargas.

So how is she after their breakup? “Moving on. Mas okay na ako ngayon. Anyway, 17 pa lang naman ako, so I’m sure marami pang ibang opportunities na darating sa akin. As of now, focus na lang muna sa career. Busy rin ako promoting my new endorsement, VeriFit, na para sa mga guston pumayat.”
How come she’s being linked to Derrick Monasterio? “Dahil lang magkasama kami sa ‘Vampire ang Daddy Ko’ kaya kami nali-link. But it’s not true. Hindi naman kailangang palaging may lovelife. Marami pang darating sa buhay ko, hindi lang lovelife. As of now, nagyo-yoga ako at balak kong bumalik din sa wushu na medyo napabayaan ko lately.”

So how is she and Jake now? “We see each other sa ‘Sunday All Stars’ at pareho kaming Kapuso so magkikita at magkikita kami talaga. It’s up to GMA kung gusto nilang ituloy yung love team namin as JaBea. Trabaho lang naman yun, pero puede ring ihanap muna kami ng ibang kapareha. Sa ‘Pepito’ nga, si Julie Anne San Jose na ang itinatambal sa kanya and it’s good, for a change. Ako naman, kasama ko si Kiko Estrada ngayon in ‘Yagit’.”
