BIANCA UMALI is very proud of her ka-love team, Miguel Tanfelix, who’s graduating from his high school in Cavite this coming Saturday. “I really admire him kasi kahit hirap sa dami ng trabaho, nagawa niyang isabay ang pag-aaral niya at nakatapos siya ng high school,” she says. “Determined din siya na magpatuloy ng college and get a degree, so he really serves as a good inspiration for me para magpatuloy rin ako sa pag-aaral ko.”
The BiGuel love team is gaining more fans, as evidenced by the huge number of people who troop to their mall shows. Their last show at Robinsons Place Malolos last Sunday was truly jampacked. The guards had to be alert to maintain security and order in the mall after the barricades in front of the stage broke down due to the surge of the fans who want to be nearer their idols. Their estimate is that between 10,000 to 15,000 joined the crowd, the biggest top drawer among the stars who had a show in their place.
Bianca sang "Break Free" while Miguel did the theme song of “Once Upon A Kiss”, "One Day You'll Find Me", then danced to the tune of "Uptown Funk". Before the show, Miguel and Ella went on a movie date to watch “Cinderella”, where the characters remind them of the roles they play in “Once Upon a Kiss”, Prince and Ella. In the show this week, Ella’s intelligence shines in class and her classmates all want to seek her help in writing their Filipino essays.
The rivalry between Miguel as Prince and Luigi Revilla as John over Bianca as Ella get more intense and they nearly get into blows. Ella encourages Prince to study better so he can pass his test in Literature. Anna Roces as teacher Daisy helps them through play acting, with Prince as Romeo and Ella as Juliet. This proves to be effective as Prince passes his test. Even his mom, Mylene Dizon as Giselle, is pleased and wants to meet the girl who helped him review for his exam, without knowing it’s Ella, who she abhors for Prince. Ella wins in their school debate but she seems to have a health problem as she often feels dizzy.
