    Despite Allegations To The Contrary, Revilla Family Insists Jolo Revilla's Wound Is Accidental, Not Intentional

    SOMEONE REPORTED that Cavite Vice Gov. Jolo Revilla tried committing suicide and shot himself due to depression but the Revilla’s family lawyer. Atty. Raymond Fortun issued an official statement that Jolo just accidentally shot himself while cleaning his gun, a 40 calibre Glock pistol. His girlfriend, Jodi Sta. Maria, also stressed that it was not self inflicted but an accident.

    He has been operated on at the Asian Hospital but his mom, Rep. Lani Mercado, is asking for more prayers as he is supposed to undergo a second operation in his wounded upper right chest. Jolo (for Jose Lorenzo) is the second son of Sen. Bong Revilla and Rep. Lani, after Brian. He is turning 27 on March 15. Also into acting, he was last seen in GMA-7’s “Indio”, which topbilled his own father.
