Kaye Abad Not Envious That Ex-BF Chito Of Parokya Is Now Married

KAYE ABAD acknowledges the fact that “Two Wives” gave her career as a leading lady a good boost. “We all known naman na before, I do mostly supporting roles o kaya, kontrabida, like in ‘Anna Liza’,” she says. “But in ‘Two Wives’, ako yung original wife ni Jason Abalos at maraming nakasimpatiya sa akin. Ngayong matatapos na ang show namin in two weeks, of course I'm sad that the show will end as I will surely miss everyone, even the character I play, si Yvonne. But happy rin ako kasi the show will end with the management very pleased with the outcome of our show and with the viewers really supporting us from beginning until the end. Kahit medyo late na kami napapanood, mataas pa rin ang rating namin so nakaka-proud siya. The management took a very big risk in giving me this project kasi first time ko to play lead at nakakatuwa namang hindi sila nabigo.”

As the series ends, Kaye as Yvonne will be consumed by rage after her son Marcus fell into an excavation hole and got hurt after Erich as Janine scared him. “Dito nyo malalaman kung tuluyan na bang malalason ng poot ang puso ni Yvonne. Kung makakalaya pa kaya si Jason Abalos as Victor sa piitan at magkabalikan pa sila bilang mag-asawa. Huwag kayong bibitaw dahil paganda nang paganda ang mga huling episodes.” She wasn’t able to tape for one week due to severe Dysmenorrhea. It served as much needed rest after taping almost every day for the past few months. Paul Jake is said to have stayed by her side all the time. “Dapat lang naman,” she laughs. “But really, it touched me. Kasi I know how busy he is pero nandun talaga siya para bantayan ako.”

Her ex-BF, Chito Miranda of Parokya ni Edgar, has faced the altar with Nerissa Naig. How about her and her current BF, Paul Jake Castillo? “Ay naku, no such plans. Nasa getting to know each other stage pa lang kami. Bayaan ninyong i-enjoy muna namin yun.”
