Maricel Soriano Paired With QC Mayor Herbert Bautista In Viva's 'Lumayo Ka Nga Sa Akin'

TO MARICEL SORIANO's fans who’ve been asking what has happened to her after she made a successful comeback on TV in “Ang Dalawang Mrs. Real”, well, the Diamond Star’s next project is for the big screen. She will co-star with QC Mayor Herbert Bautista in the big screen adaptation of Bob Ong’s best selling book, “Lumayo Ka nga sa Akin”. They appeared together before as kiddie stars in “Kaluskos Musmos” but this is the first time they are paired together and they will be playing husband and wife, no less. If the Megastar is back on TV, the Diamond Star is back at the movies!

“Lumayo Ka Nga sa Akin” is actually a trilogy with three different directors. The Maricel episode will be helmed by Andoy Ranay, who also directed her in“Dalawang Mrs. Real”. Another episode will be megged by Chris Martinez reuniting him with Anne Curtis after their hit flick, “The Gifted”. The third episode will be the comeback flick of Quark Henares, who last did“Rakenrol”four years ago before going to the States to study filmmaking.
