New Company Starquest Alliance Production Introduces Their Own Talent Discoveries

THE NEW COMPANY Starquest Alliance Production is introducing their own discoveries, five girls and three boys. The girls are Rojean de los Reyes (18 years old, 5’5” tall), Ivy Barcellano (18, 5’7”), Sophia Tolentino (18, 5’7”), Jemerlou de Leon (19, 5’3”) and Lial Guevarra (18, 5’3”). The boys are AJ Umali (17, 5’10”), Migz Reyes (17, 5’11”) and Aron Layug (16, 5’9”). They were selected from rigid auditions conducted by the company.

“Part of our company’s plans is to discover and cultivate our own talents, so we have big plans for them,” says company president Mark Angelo Castillo. “They have great potential and they will be very visible in our various projects in the months to come. They already went through a rigorous personality development course to prepare them for their careers.”


Most of them can sing and dance and they have all taken acting workshops under writer-director Arlyn de la Cruz, who have chosen some of them to be included in the cast of “Mandirigma”. This is the action-drama that pay tribute to the heroism of Philippine Marines starring Luis Alandy and Alwyn Uytingco that Direk Arlyn is making in co-production with StarQuest Alliance Productions to be shown on April 9.
