“It’s a great experience working with Michael de Mesa and Audie Gemora kasi ang gagaling nila,” he says.“My singing has improved kasi they gave me a voice coach and also a dance coach. I really enjoy doing this musical. I’m paired with Missy Macuja, daughter of Liza Macuja and they’re both ballerinas.”
Now, he also plays the lead opposite Eula Caballero in “Wattpad Presents... Lady in Disguise” that airs starting April 6. It’s good GMA allowed him to do a show with TV5. “Two months pa nila ako hinihiram sa GMA but I can’t do it kasi busy ako with our rehearsals sa ‘La Cage’,” he says. “Ngayon, the show is now playing so I can accept their offer na. I want to stay with them pa rin, but I’m hoping na mas magaganda ‘yung projects na ibibigay nila sa’kin, gaya nitong ‘Wattpad Presents’ na romantic comedy miniseries. Minsan kasi, nakakasawa ‘yung pulos iyakan, ‘yung pulos drama sa soaps. Ang feeling ko kasi, every now and then, dapat may light and happy shows that will make people feel good.
